If I placed the order during weekend, when It will be processed?
Our hours of operations are from 9 AM to 5 PM ET, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM ET on Friday will be processed starting next Monday.

What do you mean by "free delivery" or "free shipping"?
We provide a free UPS ground shipping for Continental US (excl. AK,HI) if your purchase order exceeds $250 value.
Also we do not charge state sales tax (excluding FL).

Can I figure out shipping charges before I place my credit card information online?
Yes, you can. The shipping cost estimator located at most of the store's product pages.
The exact shipping charges may vary depend on shipping address, shipping company and type of delivery. For precise shipping quotes please call or email our customer service (please fill the contact form).
If you order items from the different vendors you may have to pay separate shipping charge.

What payment methods does Coffee212.com accept?
Coffee212.com accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We offer customers the ability to place a credit card order online or phone/fax in their credit card orders. In addition, we accept personal checks, certified checks and money orders as well as wire transfers. Please note that payments made without the use of a credit card will first have to be processed and cleared before any shipment will be made.

Where do you ship?
We ship in the US only. We do not ship to PO boxes or FPO and APO addresses.
