The blend obviously is proprietary, the base being Brazilian Bourbon with a selection of premium Central American enhancements, including Guatemalan and Costa Rican origins amongst others to create a smooth flavored, aromatic medium Italian roast.
This roast is ideal for producing a perfectly marbled "crema" on top of espresso when using a super-automatic espresso machine and it won't clog the grinder like some more oily beans will.
Settebello is also equally delicious when ground and used in your drip, French press or percolator coffee machines.
These whole beans have a smooth, rich, full-bodied flavor and fragrant aroma with a subtle vanilla finish.
